What a week my friends and I had in The Isle Of Skye. The beauty of the island far surpassed what I expected. We had ideal weather for walking and oh what walking. Every day different and so breathtakingly beautiful.
To cap it all was "Druimgorm" what a gem. Pure luxury after a day on the mountains, soaking in that wonderful bath and dining in the fantastic dining room. We were thrilled to have an excuse to light the big log fires.
Portree was an ideal location for our base and the people were so friendly.
I look forward to going back sometime. Yours sincerely,
Deirdre

Once again, we had a fabulous time at Druimgorm but this year we had some amazingly good weather too - one member of our party even had a dip in the river as we came down from the Red Cuillin!
We like the redecorated lounge and the dining room table very much indeed and we found the house as comfortable and welcoming as ever. We would very much like to book again for the same week next year if we may?
Kind regards
Carol

Druimgorm is very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. We love the open fires and the fact that it's so conveniently located yet quiet with fabulous views. The downstairs bathroom is amazing and the whole place is excellently equipped - all in all, the best house we've ever stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay, and were exceptionally
comfortable in Druimgorm. We are regular visitors to
the mountainous areas of the world (but particularly
Scotland) - however I can unequivocally state that
Druimgorm was the best place we have ever stayed in.
It is a fantastic place for a large group to stay and
has a lot of things that other places simply don't -
really good cookware, proper coffee utensils, and
plentiful washing areas for a start. As it turned out
we didn't need so much of the washing stuff because
the weather was very kind to us too.
We are already
thinking of a return if you are planning to keep
renting it out and will certainly pass on the details
and recommend to others if you wish.
Have you considered advertising in "High" or "Trail"
magazines, or on their websites? I would have thought
that with the location of Druimgorm (town/pubs + the
Cuillin) you won't be short of takers....
